Shipping / Returns
All online orders are subject to availability, we are just humans over here after all! If we are regrettably unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
We currently ship within Canada only.
All orders are processed, packed and shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC via Canada Post. We aim to ship your order within 3 days of receipt. If you happen to have special shipping instructions, you can email us directly at vancouver@zebraclub.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
IN-STORE PICKUP
If you're in the area, we also offer in store pickup at 3101 Granville Street, Vancouver BC. Just click the box at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup within regular store hours. Proof of purchase and one piece of photo ID are required for in-store pickup.
ONLINE RETURNS
Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 15 days of purchase for items that are unused. unwashed, unaltered, packaging unopened and accompanied by original tags intact.
Swimwear and intimates (bralettes, men's and women's underwear) are FINAL SALE.
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Zebraclub Vancouver is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the returned item is damaged in the mail.
To process your return or exchange, please email vancouver@zebraclub.com with subject line titled: "RETURN REQUEST" with your order number included in the body, and we will email you further instructions. Please include a copy of the invoice with all parcels.
IN-STORE RETURNS
If you're local you are welcome to bring your return to our store for in person processing at 3101 Granville Street, Vancouver BC. Returns must be within 15 days of purchase and items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, packaging unopened and accompanied by original tags intact. Please bring a print out or digital copy of your online invoice with you. In store returns are also eligible for store credit which never expires but may only be redeemed in store.
COVID-19 POLICY
As per the guidelines set out for us by WorkSafeBC we employ the following in our store and while packing and shipping your order:
- physical distancing measures in place
- use of masks at all times
- increased workplace cleaning and sanitization
- all clothing that has been returned undergoes a 24 hour quarantine followed by a thorough steaming
